Continuing the time development practice, this exercise shifts the click back one 16th note. Here I play 2 bars of time with the click on the ‘+’ at 45bpm inserting a bar of 5/16 with a RLRRL sticking, but you can use whatever 5 note sticking you like. This was taught to me by

Here I’m starting with the click on the that last 16th note of the bar and by inserting a bar of 3/16, the click will shift the click by a 16th note each time. You can then move it through the various 16th notes within the bar. Have fun and let me know how you found it in the comments! Tempo here is 45bpm
