Hardynge is a variant of Harding, an old name for Harpenden and we welcome members from Harpenden and all surrounding areas.

If you're looking to find a new interest in the autumn, please come and join us for an Open Rehearsal of Vivaldi's Gloria which we will be performing in December. We are a friendly, unauditioned choir who would welcome new members!

Summer break = Summer party !

We had a lovely Summer Party on Sunday in the beautiful garden of two of our members. It was lovely to see everyone again and all looking forward to rehearsals starting again on 7th September!

We're on our summer break now, but already planning for our Christmas Concert on December 7th!

We're holding a Free Open Rehearsal on Monday 21st September where we'll be looking at Vivaldi's Gloria. Do come and join us if you would like to try us out!

We had a wonderful evening for our Songs for a Summer Evening Concert last Saturday. The Wheathampstead Memorial Hall was a great venue and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset with our refreshments after the concert.

A break over the summer now before returning in September to start rehearsing Vivaldi's Gloria. Open Rehearsal on 21st September - spread the word! More details to follow.

What a wonderful evening we had celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Hardynge Choir last night! Beautiful evening at Harpenden Golf Club, Hammonds End, Harpenden and a room full of chatter and laughter.

Looking forward to our next concert on July 4th where we're hoping for similar weather for our "Songs for a Summer Evening"!
