Finding songs for We Sing that we can make our own is honestly one of my favourite parts of leading this group. It’s not just about choosing pretty harmonies, it’s about finding music that actually reflects how we feel as parents. Songs that are gentle, honest, and comforting… but still have enough layers to let us feel something when we sing them together.

This version of All Is Found is inspired by Kacey Musgraves’ recording, and the moment I heard it I knew it had that same grounded, magical, slightly nostalgic feel that works so beautifully in the room. We’ve been singing it at We Sing for a couple of years now but finally I’ve recorded all the vocal parts so we can learn the harmonies together in our upcoming sessions, and I can’t wait to hear what it becomes with all our voices in the mix.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is a lovely time: new songs, gentle vibes, and a space to actually breathe and connect with other mums through music. ❤️

We’ve been at our new South Woodford venue for four weeks now, and the magic is really starting to build with this term’s songs. Here we are singing Pink Pony Club by – such a fun one to sing, and you can see the joy it brings to all in the room!

We Sing is much more than just a baby group... After all, your baby may not require another sensory class – what you truly need is a supportive singing group for mothers and babies of all ages.
Not only will you forge new friendships, but your little one will also see you prioritizing your own happiness, perhaps stepping out of your comfort zone, or simply indulging in a passion – singing!

Meet our members is back!

This series of posts is celebrating the wonderful group of mums who sing in Buckhurst Hill each week.

Our first one… meet Annie!

Annie is a shining light and although her Mat leave has officially ended she still feels very much a part of We Sing still. Check out where you’ll find her serving coffee and playtime for your little one as well.
