I’m opening up another monthly Thursday night vacancy for a regular pub quiz show.
Every regular one that I’ve ever taken on has become a really popular monthly event, bringing in the crowds that are sadly missing in modern-day pubs.
Back in 2014, I hosted my first quiz show for the Abbey Bar in Central London. That continued to grow every month, and the final Christmas gig that I did there had almost 200 people taking part! Sadly, Covid put paid to that residency, but in 2022 I took on the last Thursday of each month at The Olde Dog Inn in Herongate, Essex. Just a small country pub, but still going strong and selling out all 75 places every month!
There’s room for another residency, so if you know a pub or venue that are looking for a genuinely entertaining and engaging monthly event that is guaranteed to grow, please share this post with them.

It's gone past the Witching hour and I'm still slogging away in the office, creating some brand new quiz shows and unique picture & pop music rounds!
Remember, if you book me you're getting a lot of original material that you won't find anywhere else...because I stay up late to create it! There's no subscriptions to generic quiz sites or great swathes of questions lifted from pub quiz books, it's all from that great big shiny pumpkin of a head (plus some serious researching of the facts on the interweb, obvs)

Well, the annual mad rush for corporate quizzes in March & April is almost over, a huge thank you to my regular clients such as David Lloyd, Attwaters Solicitors (my longest serving client, now over 15 years!) and Millwall FC to name just a few.
But there's no need to tail off there until the next corporate season (Sept/Oct is always popular) - if you & your colleagues would love a fun night out in the Spring/Summer, a bit of team-bonding, a good laugh without the drunken stumbling around on a dance floor, then please get in touch!
