We’re pleased and proud to support such a great cause with one of our beautiful wooden maps!

Just added to The Big Spring Prize Draw 2025, you could win a beautifully crafted 3D wooden sculpted map of England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike based in the Lake District National Park.

Worth £245 and generously donated by Map Sculpture, the team use a data driven process to capture the one-of-a-kind undulations of beautiful terrains.

Owners Dan and Ben take great pride in hand-finishing each map with precision tooling, before sanding and oiling the wood to ensure protection for a long-lasting finish.

They're also passionate snowboarders, and we're extremely grateful for this fantastic contribution, helping to empower more people though adaptive skiing and snowboarding.

Our large Lake District maps in graphite or copper are available to buy for collection from our Brampton or Kirkbride workshop up until Christmas Eve lunchtime.

The perfect last minute gift (if you’re anything like me (Dan) and have left your shopping until the last few days and now can’t get things delivered in time!).

Our Ben Nevis map mounted on slate. Ready and available to buy now.

Our B&B for the was sitting below Meall an t-Suidhe hiding the great in the

Sculpted out of Tulip wood because of its distinct lines and contrasting heartwood and sapwood. Featuring dropped shorelines to show off where the edge of the water meets the land.

High precision data is used for the modelling, and the the sculpting is accurate down to 0.01 of a millimetre on our machining process, then finished by hand to make sure none of the detail is lost in the sanding.

Working with other local businesses is our passion! art gallery in Brampton have been a great support to us and they are now showing one of our beautiful Lake District Maps in their window! Pop down to say hello and take a look at their stunning artwork.

The legendary Isle of Barra, with it's unique airport that you can only use when the tide is out. We were asked if we could show the detail of the high shore and the low shore on this bespoke 1.3 metre by 1 metre map, it did not prove an easy task.

As you can see by the image we managed to work with the land data that was available and create a stunning map of the island. Here you can see where the airport runways would be on the big expanse in the middle.

We hand delivered this project up to the island, as we couldn't miss an opportunity to go for a road trip (with families in tow) to one of the most beautiful places in the world. We met lots of lovely locals whilst we stayed on the island, and even managed a swim on every side of the island. With waters that blue it was hard to resist (it most certainly wasn't as warm as it looked!).
