1 tiny switch in your mind can change your entire way of life, how you feel, what you attract and what you get.

We want YOU to gain the best quality of life!

Classes are very friendly, welcoming and suitable for all ages, stages and levels of fitness. Through dance fitness, Fusion Impact is designed to work your body and motivate your mind.

Our location at VHFitness is truly fantastic! Air conditioned dance studio with mirrors and good space. The changing facilities are superb with clean showers, loos and lockers. There is free parking just at the front entrance and great transport links with the bus and train stations only a few minutes walk away.

You can drop in for a class, sign up for membership or purchase a 6 class pass.

As Fusion Impact expands I am looking to train up New Star instructors.

Please get in touch and share with potential applicants.

The 1st Star F.I. instructor will receive free training and assistance to start up.

You will require:
Passion for Dance and Fitness
The ability to Choreograph
Existing Insurance to Teach Dance/Fitness
Ability to demonstrate exercises and execute positions clearly/safely
Ease in building rapport with class participants
Great Energy
Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
An understanding and connection with the 'Fusion Impact' Ethos

It's been a great week for Fusion Impact at VH Fitness! We look forward to seeing you next week for more great classes in a fantastic venue!

Have a great weekend (yes, it's Friday!) and keep your finger on the pulse. You don't have to be saintly or have no fun, just be mindful when you are nourishing your body with plenty of water and good foods. Don't consume too much of the bad stuff you've worked hard all week to avoid and most of all Dance and enjoy your journey! Do the things that make your soul sing!
