Wowee, this heat is something crazy!

We have lots of Father’s Day gifts to be collected tomorrow, can I kindly ask that you try and collect as early as possible in the day due to the extreme heat that builds up in our store room, to make my colleagues shifts a little more tolerable 🥵

We have lots of space tomorrow if you’d like to come and paint with us, and a couple of spaces on our beach stoneware, pop in and come and see us if you want to get out of the house for a while 💁‍♀️

☀️ WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK ☀️

We have 2 big kiln loads to pack up today with most of the final Father’s Day gifts - I’m kindly asking that you don’t message or call the studio for updates until 2pm if you’ve not heard from us as it takes us away from what we need to do to get the finished for you 💁‍♀️

Some 2nd firing pieces will come out tomorrow, these are ones where I spot little glaze issues and just pop them back for a touch up because quality is key! 🔑

Tomorrow we will be popping in some stoneware firing and catching up on that; followed by the clay platters & cows from last month.

I’ll be restarting on some 3D castings this week for Elsie & Jamie now the painting is done ✨

We have a beach stoneware session on Saturday with Ceri at 3pm 🌊

Hours as normal this week except for today, where I’ll be closing at 3pm for a personal appointment of my own 😘

Let’ see if I can make this post sound how inwant it to! 🤔

Ok, we have NO sessions tomorrow morning, we are full 👏 we have then just 2 tables (could be 3 sessions if organised proper 🤔

So yeh; if you want to come and make a masterpiece here: there’s a couple of spaces left 🙈

I’ve just been given sleeping pills after a week of absolute spiralling from stress, so much so I ended up at the surgery after feeling exceptionally unwell for an emergency check on my blood pressure 🙃 Turns out the stress of my home life really is making me ill physically too now, so I’m off this weekend, and leaving you with Ceri’s capable hands.

This took me a good 25 minutes to type this so maybe it makes sense? I dunno . I’m sure someone will tell me if it does! 😆

Apparently I’m falling asleep now. Pretty sharpish.!

Dropping this on the grid for anyone who needs it 🫶 There is NO excuse for abuse x

As the FIFA World Cup is about to begin, we wanted to share a reminder of the support that is available for anyone that may be experiencing domestic abuse.

Statistics published by Women’s Aid highlighted that cases of domestic abuse increased by 38% when England lost a match at a major tournament and 26% when they won or drew.

Major tournaments are often an exciting time but should not be used as an excuse for domestic abuse.

Please share to help us to raise awareness and reach as many people as possible, including those that may need our support.

🐑 U P D A T E 🐑

All Father’s Day keepsakes have been painted 🧑‍🎨
We have a kiln on now mostly with plates and frames, this will come out on Saturday! Then we have a bunch to come out Monday & Wednesday and that will be everything done for next weekend 🥰

A little later than planned due to the high heat at the end of the month putting us behind with firing but we’ve nearly caught up 🙌

I’ll be dropping back goodies to Little Glow Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth tomorrow evening to be dished out at your groups next week ♥️

✨ 2 0 2 6 ✨

Half way through the year already and what an odd one it’s been! 🙄🫠

That saying! Excitingly, given how popular keepsakes have been this year, I am needing to call a final orders on our 3D casting service for the year! 😱

This means that any castings made up UNTIL the end of JULY will be completed by Christmas 🎄 Yes, BY Christmas. My workload, along with my home life situation means my turnaround on these needs to come with a pinch of patience ☺️ 🙏

I will still be taking casts after July, however they aren’t guaranteed for Christmas after this point. I will work on them on a first come - first serve basis but we are expecting a record Christmas based on the year so far 🥰

So, get yourselves booked in for June/July if you want a casting on your wall by the end of the year 💁‍♀️
