at the end of the year. To mark our 10 year ‘Collective’ anniversary we will be having a collaborative exhibition “Gather In” starting on 5 December 2026 through until 17 January 2027. The British steam merchant ship Dinaric was torpedoed and fatally damaged on July 6, 1942, in the St. Lawrence River by the German U-boat U-132 commanded by Ernst Vogelsang. It was part of the convoy QS-15 travelling toward the UK with a cargo of timber and steel. Four crew members died in the engine room explosion, and the ship eventually sank three days later, on July 9 while awaiting salvage.
