To soften. To feel. To let the body remember.

** update we meet this Friday 27th ( date is wrong In the image) ** As the year comes to a close and post-Christmas calm sets in, it's the perfect time to reflect and reset. Join us tomorrow for a special end of year 5Rhythms session to move through the energy of the season and welcome what’s ahead.
