We’re very excited to be introducing something new to the Surrey Villages Art & Craft Fair — our very own “About Me” pages! 💕🎨🧶🕯️

Our fairs are all about handmade, local and personal, and we’ve always loved the fact that when you visit us, you’re not simply buying a product from a shop — you’re meeting the actual person who made it.

And now, we want you to get to know them a little better! ❤️

Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be showcasing some of our wonderful crafters and telling you more about the people behind the stalls.

Who are they?
What do they make?
How did they get started?
What inspires them?
How long have they been crafting?
And perhaps most importantly… what makes their creations special? ✨

You’ll get the chance to discover the stories, skills, creativity and passion that go into the things you see at our fairs.

Because every handmade item has a story — and so does the person who made it. 🥰

We think this will be a lovely way for our visitors to put faces and personalities to the names they see at our fairs, and perhaps discover some new favourite makers along the way.

It’s also a wonderful opportunity for our stallholders to tell you a little bit about themselves and their businesses, in their own words.

🎉 2027 BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN! 🎉

We’re very excited to announce that bookings for our 2027 Surrey Villages Art & Craft Fairs are now actively being taken through our website! 🥳

And because of the incredible popularity of our fairs, we’ve had to make a rather big change…

✨ We’re increasing to a whopping 22 fairs per year! ✨ (We have completed our research and do not hold fairs during January, February or August).

That’s right — 22 opportunities throughout 2027 for our wonderful visitors to come and support independent makers, and for our stallholders to showcase their beautiful handmade work.

🧶 NEW TO CRAFT FAIRS?

If you’re a new crafter who has never had a stall at a fair before, 2027 could be the perfect opportunity to give it a go!

Booking this far ahead means you have plenty of time to make your stock, work out what you want to take, decide how you’d like to display your stall and, importantly, price everything up without having to panic at the last minute! 😄

You don’t have to be an old hand at craft fairs — we welcome new makers too, and it’s a lovely way to get your handmade business out there and meet your customers face-to-face.

And we’ve been busy planning even further ahead…

We’ve also been busy planning ahead and have just secured our dates for 2028! 😮

Our fairs continue to grow, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who comes along, books a stall, recommends us, shares our posts and supports our small independent makers. ❤️

ONE OF THE LOVELY THINGS ABOUT A REAL CRAFT FAIR… ❤️

When you visit one of our craft fairs, you’re not just looking at something on a shelf and wondering where it came from.

You can actually talk to the person who made it. 🥰

Behind the stall is the very person who designed it, created it, painted it, stitched it, poured it, carved it, knitted it, shaped it or carefully put it all together.

And we think that makes a real difference.

✨ Wondering how something was made? Ask them!

✨ Want to know what inspired them? Ask them!

✨ Looking for something in a particular colour, size or style? Have a chat!

✨ Want to find out more about the person and their craft? They’ll be there to tell you.

There’s something rather special about buying something when you’ve actually met the person who made it. You get the story behind the item, you get to discover the passion behind the craft, and you know your purchase is supporting a real independent maker.

Our craft fairs are all about handmade, local and personal — and we love seeing visitors chatting with our stallholders, asking questions, admiring their work and discovering something a little bit different.

Our fairs have become increasingly popular with stallholders, with many dates filling well in advance — so we are already looking ahead to our 2027 fairs and taking bookings.

We are looking for genuine handmade businesses offering their own beautifully made products. Whether you make jewellery, crochet, candles, home décor, woodwork, textiles, gifts, artwork or something completely different, we’d love to hear from you. ❤️

🚨 Last-Minute Stall Opportunity! 🚨

Due to a cancellation, we now have ONE stall available at our Sunday 4th October 2026 Surrey Villages Art & Craft Fair at Shere Hall, GU5 9HE.

This is one of our popular autumn fairs, and we'd love to hear from handmade businesses selling anything other than candles, crochet or jewellery, as these categories are already full.

If you create beautiful handmade products such as ceramics, woodwork, textiles, artwork, home décor, glass, sewing, soaps, gifts, preserves, or any other unique handmade items, we'd love to hear from you!

Our fairs are known for being:

Viktoriia will be joining us on Sunday, 26 July, 2026: Shere Hall, GU5 9HE.
Doors Open 10.30 am. FREE ENTRY. Dogs on a lead welcome.

Hello! I’m Viktoriia and I am artist who made crochet plush and keepsake decor - perfect for gifting or displaying in a nursery or simply bringing a little joy to your day!

My Granny taught me to knit and crochet when I was little. I’ve been hooked ever since! 💕

All items are carefully crafted in Epsom UK and made to order, ensuring each piece is as special as the person receiving it.

Shop on Sunday to find the perfect handmade treasure or send me a message for custom requests.

She will be bringing hand crochet soft staffed toys suitable for: nursery decor, Baby shower gifts (as a keepsake), handmade home accents, thoughtful collector’s pieces, birthday and occasion presents, key and bag chains. Some crochet coasters.
