Our open auditions for Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr. take place TOMORROW and spaces are filling fast! 🧜‍♀️✨

We're looking for enthusiastic young performers aged 6–16 to join Clyde Youth Theatre for our next magical production.
🎭 No experience necessary
🎶 No preparation required
⭐ Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to have a go!

🌟 INTRODUCING LITTLE PERFORMERS! 🌟

We are delighted to announce the launch of Little Performers, the new sister company of Clyde Youth Theatre! 🎭✨

Created especially for children aged 5–8, Little Performers offers a fun, imaginative and supportive introduction to the world of theatre, helping young children develop confidence, creativity and communication skills through stories, drama, music and play.

Each week, Little Performers will:
📚 Read stories
🎭 Bring characters to life through drama
🎵 Sing, perform and explore music
✨ Use imagination and creativity
⭐ Make new friends
💖 Build confidence through play

Whether your child dreams of being on stage or simply loves storytelling and creative play, Little Performers is the perfect place to begin their theatre journey before progressing to our main Clyde Youth Theatre groups.

🕙 Saturdays | 10am–12pm
👧 Ages 5–8
📍 Spotlight Studio

We are so excited to see this new group begin and can’t wait to welcome lots of little performers through the doors! 🎭

🧜‍♀️✨ A huge THANK YOU to Dave for transforming our window and bringing a little bit of magic to Greenock town centre! ✨🧜‍♀️

We are absolutely delighted with our brand-new window art for our upcoming production of The Little Mermaid JR. The detail, colour and creativity are incredible, and it’s already catching the attention of everyone passing by. Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian have certainly made themselves at home at Clyde Youth Theatre! 🐠🦀🫧

A special mention also goes to the wonderful passers-by who stopped to add some of the bubbles while Dave was working. We love that our window became a little community project, with people of all ages getting involved and leaving their mark. 💙

Thank you, Dave, for your time, talent and hard work. We can’t stop looking at it! If you’re passing by, make sure you stop for a photo and check out the amazing artwork for yourself. 📸
