Position: Games Host/Manager

Hours: Part time. Thursday to Sunday

Trapped down South is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team as a Games Host/Manager on site at Bluewater shopping centre.

We are a very popular live adventure escape game company with multiple sites, events and horror attractions.

Job description:

You will be briefing and managing the games from start to finish. The rooms then need to be immaculately reset before the next group arrives.

During slower hours we expect the team to make sure the rooms are in top condition as well as handle basic tasks such as answering the phone, respond to email enquiries and promote the games.

Skills required:

Outgoing personality

Confident speaking in front of larger groups

Diligent

Excellent customer service skills

Punctual

Outlook experience

Outstanding phone manner
