Monday ✨ Energy shift

2 weeks off the yoga mat and I can FEEL it 😂

Strength wise, definitely.

Head wise, I feel so much clearer ✨

Back to my morning yoga, sauna and plunge and setting my energy right for the day 🌞✌️

That’s so important for Louby Lou because my energy is the magic behind what I do ❤️🤡🪄

Coming back to work yesterday, one word kept coming to me…

BRAVO 👏

There’s been a definite energy shift and it feels GOOD🪩

The last 24 hours in NY with this beaut Martha Wilkinson 🍎♥️

We started yesterday with sunrise at Brooklyn Bridge 🌅 although we didn’t actually see the sun because it was far too cloudy! 😂

Then a cruise to see the stunning 🗽, an Irish bar because it just had to be done! 🍻🇮🇪 followed by a meal at Lady Gaga’s place Joanne Trattoria ✨

We finished off today at the amazing EDGE Movement NYC and NYC certainly saved the most beautiful day for last! ☀️🏙️

I think we can safely say MISSION COMPLETE! ✔️🍎

Heading home now with the best memories and very tired feet! 😂

Thank you, Martha, for the BEST 5 days. It’s definitely been one to remember! ♥️🍎💃💃

It had to be done for our night at the restaurant where they filmed S*x and the City 💖✨ Buddakan Restaurant NYC

We were probably the sparkliest girls in NYC 😂 The comments we got were hilarious!

We had the glam, the sparkles and the NYC taxi ride 🚕✨

Back on foot tonight though, it’s much more fun 😂

Waking up VERY early to the most beautiful view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral 😍⛪️

First stop, Grand Central Station 🚉 followed by a little rain 🌂 but nothing was stopping us!

Then Breakfast at Tiffany’s 💎🥐 WOW, what an experience! 💙

Of course, Martha loves a souvenir shop more than a Macys 😂🛍️

Next up, the Empire State Building 🏙️ followed by rooftop drinks with those incredible NYC views 🍸✨

And now we’re off to see MJ the Musical 🎭🎶🕺

New York, you’ve been AMAZING so far! ❤️🗽
And this is only the first 24 hours… 😍

And the best news today, back home 𝐸𝑙𝑙𝑎 𝑀𝑎𝑦🦋 got a DISTINCTION!!!! Today, all her hard work paid off. Super proud mum!
