A beautiful card doesn’t always need lots of dies and embellishments. This design lets the gorgeous Vintage Christmas Paper Pad take centre stage.

The snowy church scene has such a peaceful, atmospheric feel, with the softly glowing windows and wintry shades creating a lovely traditional Christmas setting. Simple matting in blue and gold frames the artwork beautifully, while the sheer white ribbon adds an elegant finishing touch without covering too much of that wonderful image.

The Vintage Christmas Paper Pad is perfect for those times when you want to create something impressive without overcomplicating the design.

Are you a paper hoarder, or are you brave enough to actually cut into your favourite sheets?

It’s HobbyMaker day!

I’m all ready for two shows today at 2pm & 7pm, and there’s definitely plenty to get through!

Of course, I’ll be sharing the brand-new Flourish & Bloom Collection, but that’s only part of what I’ve got for you today.

We’ve also got Half Circles for the Mats & Layers Collection, new sentiment stamps, the Labels Die, 5 new stencils and some beautiful LemonCraft Paper Pads to play with.

I really like the mix we’ve got this time because you can use everything individually or start combining the papers, stencils, dies and sentiments to create something completely your own.

Join me live on HobbyMaker at 2pm & 7pm today.

You can watch on Sky 670, Freeview 73, YouTube, the HobbyMaker website or the HobbyMaker App.

This beautiful easel card really showcases the detail of the Victorian Christmas Collection.

The fabulous Ornate Poinsettia Frame creates a striking focal point, with its rich decorative detailing and gorgeous poinsettias. Sitting inside the frame is the traditional Christmas tree from the Christmas Elements set, bringing plenty of festive colour to the design.

Papers from the Vintage Christmas Paper Pad continue across the base of the card, with holly, berries and touches of gold completing that wonderfully traditional Christmas look.

The easel design is a lovely way to turn the Ornate Poinsettia Frame into something extra special and makes a card that deserves to stay on display throughout Christmas.

Do you enjoy making shaped and dimensional cards, or are you more of a traditional card-fold crafter?

There’s something so charming about a row of colourful houses dressed up for Christmas!

This card uses the Vintage Street Scene from the Victorian Christmas Collection, with each house coloured individually and filled with lovely festive details — glowing windows, wreaths, garlands and decorated doorways.

A softly snowy sky sets the scene, while Santa and his reindeer flying overhead add that little bit of Christmas magic. The black and gold layers finish the card beautifully and make those fabulous colours really stand out.

Which house would you choose to spend Christmas in?

Sometimes it's the finishing touch that makes the card...

We've all had that moment where the card is nearly finished but it just needs the right sentiment!

I've got some new sentiment stamps and a Labels Die coming to HobbyMaker this Tuesday, and they're going to be so useful for adding those finishing touches to your projects.

I'll be showing you how I've been using them alongside the new collections at 2pm & 7pm.

Useful crafting goodies are always some of my favourites because they work with so many things you probably already have in your craft room.

Well, it’s not often you see me popping up on a Sunday!

But that’s exactly what’s happening this week — I’m heading to HobbyMaker for a couple of extra shows at 5pm & 7pm.

I’ll be having a play with the Patchwork Collection and Shabby Chic Collection, and I’ve been busy deciding what I’m going to demonstrate… the problem is choosing what NOT to show you!

There are so many different ways to use these collections, so I’m hoping you’ll come away with a few new ideas to try at home.

Come and keep me company on Sunday — it’ll be lovely to have you there!

Another beautiful make using the Victorian Christmas Collection, this time featuring the intricate Holly Snowflake Rectangle to create that gorgeous decorative frame.

The wonderfully nostalgic Christmas tree scene from the Victorian Christmas Paper Pad sits at the heart of the design, surrounded by rich red, green and gold layers. The dimensional poinsettias and sweeping flourishes add plenty of drama and festive sparkle while still allowing that lovely tree scene to shine.

There’s so much detail to discover on this one, from the delicate gold frame to the beautifully layered flowers.

For Christmas crafting, are you a ‘more sparkle the better’ person or do you prefer just a little touch?

Something new is joining Mats & Layers!

You know how much I love giving you shapes that can be used in lots of different ways, so I'm really pleased to be adding Half Circles to my Mats & Layers Collection.

They're one of those shapes where you start playing and suddenly realise there are far more possibilities than you first thought!

I'll be putting them through their paces on HobbyMaker on Tuesday 8th September at 2pm & 7pm, so make sure you join me if you can.

I think you're going to have fun with these!

Flowers, foliage and plenty of flourishes!

I've really enjoyed playing with my new Flourish & Bloom Collection.

One of the things I wanted from these dies was the freedom to use them however you like. Some make a beautiful focal point all on their own, while others can be cut several times, layered and mixed together to build something completely different.

I'll be showing you lots more when I'm on HobbyMaker this Tuesday at 2pm & 7pm.

Hopefully I'll give you a few ideas to try with them too
