Executive function… what now? 😅

The AuDHD paralysis is so real, especially when I need to plan lessons or create new movement for dancers.

Sometimes I literally have to give myself a pep talk (or shout at myself 😅) just to get started. Otherwise, I end up standing there, staring, yawning and wondering why my brain just won’t let the movement happen. 🫠

From the outside it probably looks like I’m doing nothing but inside my brain is working overtime!

Please tell me I’m not the only one? 😂👇
