General fun basic dance classes for adults encompassing Latin, contemporary, hip hop and commercial style movements. Perfect for those wanting to learn to dance or those who 'used to dance' and would love to have the chance to do it again. Classes are run by Laura Cadwallader; IDTA associate freestyle teacher and exercise to music instructor with over 15 years teaching experience.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended this week.

Us humans donā€™t like change, so THANK YOU for being so supportive and understanding of the timetable changes.

Lots of returning faces and some new this week - you are the reason I love my work so much. Our classes are all about the people who attend, and you are all amazing!

Letā€™s do it all again next week šŸ˜Šā¤ļø.

Reluctantly, Iā€™ve made the decision to cancel class tonight (23/6/26). With no air-con in the studio and a weather warning in place, it doesnā€™t feel wise to dance šŸ˜­.
