Pottery Mix-techniques Course
5 weeks course Summer special price £200
Thursdays 10:00 -12-00
Starts: June 11th finishing July 9th.
Week 1). Potters wheel
Week 2) Pinch Pots
Week 3) Coiling
Week 4) Slabbing
Week 5) Glazing all projects

Week 1) You will be taught how to center the clay and throw on the potters wheel, and make your own bowl and mug
Week 2) projects such as a sitting frog, dog salt-pot and/or sheep will be made by pinch-pot technique.
Week 3) making a vase or bowl by rolling out strips of clay and coiling to shape
Week 4) making a flat project or a 3D shape by slabbing and joining pieces together
Week 5) Finally glazing all projects

Deposit of £100 payable when securing a place;
balance payable on the starting day.
