Thank you so much to our audience members, all our fabulous family and friends who came to watch our Summer Show ‘Wake Up Ivy Mews’ on Sunday night. It means so much that you continue to support us.
As a local charity, every ticket you buy, every programme you purchase and every round of applause helps us continue providing opportunities for people in our community to take part in theatre.
A huge well done goes to our amazing Cast, who have worked incredibly hard over the past few months. Despite it being very hot and some wearing latex masks and robot costumes pulled off an outstanding performance. We couldn't be prouder of everything they've achieved.
Our leading Lady Emma, you are an inspiration to us all!
Thank you to all the backstage crew for all your help, the show looked fabulous and went very smoothly because of your hard work. This was probably the most challenging show make-up and costume wise we’ve done in a long time! Also a special thanks to Rachael, Gaz and the Grammar School Stage Hand boys for stepping out of their comfort zones up to be extra ‘Karen’s’ in the Show. A big thank you to our awesome front of house staff, photographers and videographer. And for looking after our audience and one extra special guest… the Mayor of Gravesham! Thank you for coming to support us for a second time.
A great night was had by all, we’ve had some amazing feedback already. I'm so proud of everyone in our Company and especially my talented Husband, Writer, Director, Lighting and sound engineer Paul, another hilarious and very weird show under our belt thanks to your creativity. See you all at the Winter Show... who knows what his brain will produce this time!?!
