What a wonderful time we had at our Klimt-inspired mixed media workshop!

Everyone created beautiful, individual pieces using acrylics, metallics and mixed media techniques, all enjoyed with a refreshing glass of something cool. It was a relaxed, creative evening full of laughter and inspiration.

A few masterpieces are still works in progress, but the results so far have been fantastic and we can’t wait to see the finished pieces.

Wonderful morning/afternoon at our fully booked Life Drawing Workshop! Despite the warm weather, fans and cool drinks kept everyone comfortable during a relaxed, inspiring session. Huge thanks to Amy, our beautiful model, in a stunning Pre-Raphaelite-inspired costume. Artists filled their sketchbooks with informal studies for future drawings and paintings. What a wonderful evening exploring acrylic painting, inspired by the beautiful Water Lilies of Claude Monet!

It was fantastic to see everyone interpret the theme in their own unique way, with such individual styles, colours and brushwork. The results were absolutely amazing, proving that no two paintings are ever the same.

With a chilled glass of something refreshing, plenty of sausage rolls and tasty snacks, there was lots of laughter, creativity and great company. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a special evening. We can’t wait to paint with you again soon!

What a wonderful life drawing workshop today with our amazing dancer Sophie!

Our focus was all about movement, rhythm and capturing energy through mark making rather than detail. We even explored an eyes-closed drawing exercise to music — freeing, expressive and so much fun!

A huge well done to everyone who embraced the experience so wholeheartedly.

Our next Life Workshop is on July 11th with a beautiful Pre-Raphaelite theme

What a session! Our latest oil painting workshop tackled still life Alla prima — and what a challenge it was! From fresh faces picking up a brush for the first time to familiar ones returning for more, everyone rose to it brilliantly. So proud of every single one of you!
