I am absolutely devastated to hear the news of the horrendous stabbings in Southport and especially as it was at a dance class/workshop; it definitely brings it closer to home! 😢

A GoFundMe page has been set up by those in the dance community for those who have been affected by this heinous crime and if you can spare any money I’m sure they would appreciate any donations.

Policies have been created for the dance community already to help teachers if any such act should happen if they are in charge of a workshop and I’ve shared this with my teachers too and we will make sure in the future that our kids will be as protected as possible.

It’s so sad this even has to be a thing in this day and age! 😢

Praying and sending love to all those who have been affected by this incident! 🙏

Twinkle Toes Academy are expanding their classes and are so excited to offer ballet classes to school children on a Tuesday afternoon at the Village Hall.

Well what can I say?! 😍
I know I am always saying I’m so proud of my students, but I don’t think “proud” even cuts how I feel right now…🥰
I have been blown away by all the kind messages from parents and friends and I promise to get back to everyone as soon as I can!
There are too many wonderful photos to post and as Instagram only allows me to post 10 at a time it makes it hard to choose, so I’ll have to post again!
To every single student who took part in my first ever show, I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! 💓
You have made this the most amazing experience and you never know…this could be the start of many shows in the future…but give me a few weeks to recuperate first! 😂
Thank you all so much for coming and showing your appreciation and for bringing your children to the rehearsals, for buying the hair accessories and for all your attempts of doing hair, you did brilliantly!
Looking forward to the last few weeks of term to find out what everyone’s favourite part of the show was!
Thanks again and if you do have any pics that you’re happy to share of your little ones please do send or tag us in them and we can share.

Appreciation post first, before I post about the show…
The BIGGEST thank you to these two beautiful ladies, who helped me enormously not only yesterday but the weeks and months prior to the show. But yesterday I was especially grateful to have you there…couldn’t have done it without you! And to all my other TTA teachers who sadly couldn’t be there, you were missed but all your choreography was so impressive and I’ve had so many positive wonderful comments about the numbers 🥰🙏So HUGE thank you to all of you too!
And of course all the chaperones, helpers, parents, and all at the Borough Hall, especially Dave!! Leo from Show Tech, Dan from Wizard videos and Natasha Wynn photography! I’m excited to see the photos and watch the video!
I couldn’t have done any of this without you all!
