Giving up clothes belonging to a loved one is really hard. Giving them to a total stranger in the hope they will create something special is scary.
Heather Grandpod's Memory Bears was the maker most people recommended.
I have to say I am honestly blown away at how incredible our bears are.
My family have all been in tears when choosing their bears.
Heather put the purple fleece on each bear and they look like a family, that's special as mum was all about family.
Heather has been brilliant at keeping me updated throughout and having collected the bears and leftover fabric yesterday I can see how much care and respect she showed mum's clothes. Might seem daft but that honestly means so much to me.
Then bless her..I asked for an additional bear and she made another in just 24 hours!
