One bed is still empty.

Pacing the landings and stalking the stairwells, you’ll enter the prison’s main wings—home to the inmates society chose to forget.

Abandoned behind locked doors, they have created a world of their own. Outsiders aren’t welcome. Everyone obeys the one they call Mother.

She knows you’re coming.

The Gatehouse brings together the worst parts of what came before — twisted, rebuilt and crammed into one place you were never supposed to enter.

Please arrive at the modern main gates of Gloucester prison tomorrow between 10am and 11am and get ready to take your scare acting skills to the next level. Don’t worry if you’ve not done it before, our actor audition Workshop is designed to help you build confidence, master techniques, and become the most horrible character in the mazes.

Please bring water and your favourite cuddly toy.
