New Gymcatch App

Hi ladies, just letting everyone know that we are now using the Gymcatch App as a fantastic and easy way to book classes. It's free to download the app and you can view all my classes and book live sessions on a 'Pay-As-You-Go' basis!

Classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance and up to 1hr before the class starts, giving you lots of flexibility.

All sessions are live via zoom with both morning and evening classes available, offered on various days/times.

Latino Fitness FREE TASTER CLASS this Friday 11th June 7.30pm

I’m very excited to be running a free Latino Fitness class live tomorrow at 7.30pm. This is my salsa inspired workout, with those classic latin steps and infectious rhythms. It’s one of my favourite classes to teach and the music is just so up-lifting. This is only a 30min workout live via zoom, so I really hope you can join me.

Don’t worry if you’ve never danced salsa before, this workout is easy to follow along too, and you can always choose to have your video turned on or off.

If you’re looking to improve your fitness in a way that fits around your lifestyle, then you will love this taster salsa inspired class. 30 minutes of fun and enjoyment that will make you feel energised.

5 Minute Abs Workout (NO SIT-UPs REQUIRED!)

I’d love to share with you a very quick (less than 5 minutes) abs workout, which is a very easy to follow set of exercises to help strengthen the core. And what is great about these exercises is there are NO SIT-UPS involved whatsoever. In fact, you don’t even have to lay on the floor. I really believe in fitness being fun and also being quick and easy. So I hope you enjoy this one, these are exercises you can absolutely do anytime you have a spare few minutes, and can be super powerful.
