Recorded a few last-minute links (after the Badger piece for FF going well) for them when we’d literally just got back from the Glorious Celtfest Wales 2026 , forgot about it, & then Laura sent me this last night when she’s Having It, & I’m thinking about going to bed..! 😆🥰😈💚

We had a Belter of a Celtfest Wales 2026 appropriately following Jason Buck Storyteller’s Slaine Storytelling with our Sword & Fire Piece (adjusted for coming-out-of-drought-even-tho-it’s-raining.. 😂) on Friday, doing the Stilt show as warm up for Clann An Drumma on the Sunday Night, & then dancing all night (yes I did remove my stilts so’s I could frolic in just a full body paint & rags😈).
It was Glorious to be able to stand in the sea on the Welsh Coast rehearsing in Cymraeg & be a part of the beginnings of something Special.
Pics & vids of it all to follow no doubt, but we’ve had a great summer of gigs, & big thanks to everyone for having us and for coming.

The first Celtfest at the Afon Mêl meadery - Wow! What an audience, what a time! Absolutely bouncing.
Thanks so much for having us down, and it was great to see some familiar faces too. Excited to see this event grow.

It’s really hard to convey just how dynamic our shows with the stilts are, and what creating and manifesting creatures like this enables me to do with live audiences of absolutely thousands.
You kinda gotta be there!
Celtfest Wales 2026 is now selling day tickets and we’ll be performing different shows on the Friday and Sunday nights.
Hopefully be seeing you again soon… 😈💚

Well we made it out of Fantasy Forest alive!
Us pale blue Celts don’t do well with the Blowtorch that’s impersonating the Sun these days.. 😱😆

I haven’t had a chance to check much footage out yet, but thanks to arcanewolfcosplay for this lovely clip.

It was the Effigy and what it means that made me say yes when we were asked to create a Ceremony for the Burning.
It wasn’t allowed to perform Live, so we recorded a soundtrack of our own, original material for this that we could perform along with, and I think it worked out ok.
I was also very insistent that I be allowed the time to get the whole crowd involved with us too cos I thought, knowing what the effigy means to everyone, that this was important.

That worked! 🤩😈

And I think I meant something to the thousands that had waiting all day in the scorching sun for it, too. . 🦡🔥💚💙💜
