We have changed the booking for our Kids Yoga from one week to daily based on lots of parents asking !! Booking is live on our website now!

(If you have booked for the week camp we have set a refund to your account in motion but unfortunately you will have to go thorough the whole thing of rebooking the days you want again 🧐😨 so sorry for the drama!! )

Stair hall garden mirror. Two hours to get this on the wall but it is up! Local blacksmith Bradley Harris transformed our New Cross logo into a massive garden gate mirror. Now the clementine tree will get even more reflective light.

Hot yoga is here in south Somerset. Finally!

The room is heated to 35+ degrees and you sweat- a lot. The heat allows your tendons and ligaments to relax and do 20-50% more than what they would otherwise be able to do.

If you are VERY TIGHT and in pain this is the class for you. Hard work yes, but seriously worth it.
