For the last seven years, we've shared laughs, songs, celebrations, milestones, and memories with so many wonderful people. What started as a pub became a gathering place, and what started as customers became friends.

To every guest who has walked through our doors, every musician who has filled our venue with incredible music, and our amazing bar and kitchen team who work tirelessly behind the scenes every day to make it all happen — thank you.

You are the reason we've reached this milestone. Every pint poured, every meal served, every song played, every smile shared, and every conversation had has helped create something truly special.
Macsorleys is more than just a pub; it's a community built by the people who walk through its doors and the people who make it come alive every day.

The hospitality sector has come together to launch – a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.

Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we’re working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as and , hospitality communities like , and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.

Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.

This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.
