OK… you lot might actually have talked me into this 👀😂

After all the chat on Thursday about AO putting on our own night that could grow…

Last night I was behind the decks for a back to 80s & 90s fundraiser for St Andrew's Hospice and THIS was the result. 🔥🎧 ( Full video up later stay tuned)

What a brilliant night and, most importantly, all for an amazing cause. 💛

But standing behind those decks confirmed something for me…
I'd absolutely LOVE to put on an AO night and see if we can make our theme nights into a thing.

And if I do it, I want to do the music I genuinely love playing:

🕺 Hands-in-the-air anthems plenty of singalongs

🔥🎧 TOMORROW NIGHT — WE’RE GOING BACK TO THE 80s & 90s!

Tomorrow night AO Entertainments will be behind the decks for a very special night in Salsburgh, raising money for St Andrew’s Hospice. 💛

And judging by the conversations on our page today about old-school nights… the timing couldn't be better 😂🙌

Expect 5 HOURS of 80s & 90s anthems, plenty of dancing, cocktails, fancy dress and some absolute classics coming out the AO speakers. 🎧

But most importantly, it's all being done in memory of a very special mum and best friend, with money being raised for an incredible cause. ❤️. If you wish to donate message me il send you the info lets show them what an amazing following we have

I put an Old Skool / early 2000s dance night on my Story yesterday, but it didn't exactly set the world on fire 😂

So maybe I've got the wrong event!

I've always fancied putting on our own AO event one day rather than just DJing everyone else's 😂

You see brands running brilliant Boozy Brunches, Bingo Nights, Old Skool Parties, themed nights etc and I've always thought…

Why couldn't AO have our own night? 🔥

Give me the songs you LOVE ❤️
Give me the songs you absolutely DON'T want 😂
Tell me the kind of vibe you want…
Then let me do my job. 🎧

Because the playlist you make six months before your wedding can't see what's happening on the dance floor.

Your DJ can.

A good DJ should be reading the room all night — knowing when to change direction, when to let a song breathe and when it's time to completely switch things up.

Your music should still feel like you…

But you shouldn't have to plan every song yourself. ❤️

The DJ you're speaking to now is the DJ who'll actually turn up on your wedding day. 🎧

I don't take your booking, take your deposit and then send another DJ you've never spoken to.

From your first message, through planning the music, right through to your last dance — you're dealing with me.

For something as important as your wedding, I think that matters. ❤️
