Well it wasn't to be last night at the Scottish Wedding Awards but it's been an amazing run and beyond anything I could ever have hoped for the past few years with the wins and commendations.

I don't schmooze so by most accounts I don't have tonnes of friends in the industry. That being said I'm absolutely made up for a couple of folk I do regard as pals:

- Mike @ Jingles who took runner up in the wedding DJ category,
- Euan @ Tartan who took the best entertainment (and rightly so, they should have picked up a win years ago!) 2nd best jacket in the ballroom too!

And especially Alan Watson, looking resplendent in his kilt and medals, who took the South West Photographer Award which is absolutely huge given the amount of competition.

Big congratulations to Paul T and Ally Bongo who took the commendation and overall DJ award.

Back at it tomorrow for something a bit different but I can't say too much 🤐
