Sangs an' Clatter comes to the Village storytelling festival and will include a freshly commissioned storytelling piece. Take a look at the link below for more details on 'A Circumnavigation'

There's something extra special happening during Sangs an Clatter on Saturday 26th March... Storyteller, Ian Stephen, with Peter Urpeth (piano) and Christine Morrison (imagery) will treat us to a brand new performance specially commissioned for the festival!

Come and see 'A Circumnavigation' at the CCA, beautifully told and accompanied by a new score and haunting imagery of the Outer Hebrides.

"The Steward of St Kilda once set out for the archipelago with his wife aboard a simple sailing vessel. That crossing was only the start of a series of adventures and strandings which amount to a Hebridean Odyssey."

It's that time of the month again! Our next Sangs an' Clatter will be this Saturday at The Village Storytelling Centre from 4.30-6.30pm.

As well as our usual array of wonderful stories and songs, Adam Sherwood will be joining us to add a touch of magic (literally) to the proceedings. We'll also have some soup and home baking on hand because, well, who doesn't love soup and cake?!

(P.S. This one's on us - free entry & no booking required!)
