Song and Dance Factory have a strict hiring policy, out of all the people who apply to be a Song and Dance Factory Party Host, or a character performer – most do not make it past the interview process, before the training process begins. In 2013, Song and Dance Factory were delighted to provide the children's stage show for ‘Glasgow Does Christmas’ at George Square, and have provided children's entertainment for corporate clients including’ Warbutons the Bakers’,
