Big news 💙💙💙💙

International Assembly 2026 full festival programme and tickets will go on sale on Friday 17th July.

This will be our 11th in-person festival in Glasgow. What began as our final year student project, has grown into a big beautiful gathering and become a highlight of the last decade of our lives.

We’ll be bringing you a fresh programme of creative talks, workshops, exhibitions, parties and projects. Good vibes only.

Super excited to introduce the lineup. Some true legends and up-and-coming superstars will be joining from across the world.

12th-22nd November, Glasgow

Thanks to all the INTL family who make the festival such a personal and unforgettable experience every year.

It is heartbreaking for us to share that Mitchell Paone of DIA passed away peacefully in his home in Chamonix, France on 23 June. He was 43.

Anybody who ever had the privilege to meet or hear Mitch speak could never forget him. He operated at a higher frequency.

The work he created with Meg and their team at DIA is nothing short of exceptional and the level of thinking, process and craft will always be held as a level to strive towards.

He is one of the most intelligent and inspiring designers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and hosting at International Assembly, and we are devastated by his passing. Aside from his work he was a force of positivity, support and kindness.

Too young and far too bright. We’ll be thinking of Meg, and your family. You’ll be greatly missed Mitch.

‘Permacomputing as a practice for digital Graphic Design’ by Hannah Gmeiner ( ) was Awarded in the Tech category of the 2025 International Creative Awards.

This project investigates sustainable design through the lens of Permacomputing. A series of experiments explores resource-efficient possibilities for digital graphics, compiled in a web-to-print publication. The outcomes demonstrate how Permacomputing principles can inform innovative, low-impact methodologies and foster more sustainable practices in contemporary graphic design.

The 2026 are now open for entries.

Thank you to Eva Cremers ( Eva Cremers ) for being a juror in the Self Promo and International Creative of the Year categories.

Eva Cremers is a 3D Artist and Animation Director from The Netherlands. Her playful, graphic CGI style combines with a unique design sensibility to create charming, joyful worlds of fun. Adorning a multitude of different mediums, her signature elements and characters can be found in the form of digital art, sculptures, murals and apparel.
