📢 ONLY 1 day until the September Diversity Quota Comedy Show, and a special guest host has been unblocked 🌟

Due to unforeseen illness, our regular resident host Eliott Simpson - Comedian will be unable to front this month’s show, but never fear, for the show shall instead be hosted by the expert talents of Kat Powell - Comedy 🎉

Let’s get to meet your host and acts:

Kat Powell is unpredictable. An aging West Coast Kid sharing tales of nostalgia, romance, and embarrassment. Kat roasts everyone she loves - but most importantly, herself ❤️

Si Walker (Si Walker) is a West Coast comedian and host of the GICF and Edinburgh Fringe comedy show The State We’re In. His comedy mixes dark humour, sharp observations, crowd work and gleeful oversharing about weight loss, sexuality, his three-legged dog, formerly being a holiday rep, and how he accidentally once formed a 40-person queue at Melbourne Airport at 4am 🧡

Tez Baker is a real wheelchair Barbie been up and down the country doing comedy. Ride along with her through her real life stories. Seatbelts on and get ready 💛

Bhavya Kumar is what happens when 15 years of watching Indian stand-up comedy with a traumatized past meets psychology and philosophy, making sets that make you wanna cry while you try to find a reason to laugh 💚

Rachel Jackson is an award winning Scottish comedian and actress. TV credits include The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2) The Comedy Underground (BBC Scotland) Still Game (BBC Scotland) Two Doors Down (BBC Two) and Scot Squad (BBC Scotland) 💙

📢 Only 4 days to go until our next comedy show, so let's meet your acts! First up is Richard Duffy 🎉

Richard has been performing comedy in various forms for over 15 years. With sketch groups Planet Caramel, We’ve Become Mango and The Edinburgh Revue he’s helped produce 20 different shows for the Edinburgh Fringe and has trained in sketch writing and improv with Second City, UCB and The Annoyance in the US and clowning with Ecole Philippe Gaulier.

He’s just come back to pure sketch comedy after a 6 year hiatus but this time he’s solo. Although he may need some help along the way. This is rapid fire, absurdist sketch comedy from that guy who used to be asleep🎭
