After seven years away, we’re delighted to be bringing One Day In The Park back to Queen’s Park Arena Bandstand as part of our ’25 Years of Melting Pot’ celebrations.

Joining Melting Pot resident Simon Cordiner on the day will be Glasgow disco obsessive Al Kent, alongside the world debut of his brand new Million Dollar Disco Ensemble LIVE!! 🎶

Live, orchestral disco, top-tier production, a state-of-the-art sound system and one of the most perfect settings for a proper summer disco party.

What a day we had on Sunday up on the .glasgow rooftop for the latest edition of our ‘25 Years of Melting Pot’ celebrations!! 🎂⚡️🎈

Sunny Bank Holiday energy, cocktails flowing, views across the city and the legendary Dave Lee back in the Melting Pot booth after 8 years, doing what he does best!! ☀️🍹🔊

Big thanks to .glasgow for having us up for our first party in such a special new space, all the wonderful staff, everyone involved in helping us transform the restaurant into a proper little club space, and of course .jn and .cordiner for the wicked soundtrack from start to finish!! 💞🥰🪩

As always though, the biggest thanks goes out to our beautiful Melting Pot dancers, bringing the energy as per. So good to see so many familiar faces on the dancefloor and to share another special one together as part of 25 years of Melting Pot. 🕺🙏💃🏻

After nearly seven years away, we are more than delighted to be bringing ‘One Day In The Park’ back to Queen's Park Arena Glasgow Bandstand as part of our 25 Years of Melting Pot celebrations. 🪩🎂

This has always been a fan favourite for Melting Pot, and it feels right to return to the leafy setting of the Bandstand for a proper summer disco party. 🥳🌴

On the day, Melting Pot resident Simon Cordiner will be joined by Glasgow disco obsessive Al Kent, with a live performance and the world debut of his new Million Dollar Disco Ensemble. 🎹🥁🎷

Continuing the theme of bringing live, orchestral disco back, the Million Dollar Disco Ensemble will be the perfect music for the perfect setting of Queen’s Park. 🏞️🎺

The arena will be transformed into a disco wonderland, with a soundtrack influenced by some of New York’s most famous venues of the era, including Paradise Garage and Studio 54. The glamour and decadence of disco’s glittering age, paired with Melting Pot’s quality production and a state-of-the-art sound system. 💃🏻💅

This Bank Holiday Sunday sees the return of a true Melting Pot favourite from the last 25 years, as .jn takes to the turntables.☀️🥳

Thjs is our first outing to the intimate Bar Sisi rooftop where we will be transforming the restaurant into a club space with a state of the art Sound System, lighting effects and obviously a massive Mirrorball. 🪩🔉

It’s been 8 years since Dave last took over the DJ booth at Melting Pot, the weather forecast is 22 degrees & sunny. So sunny vibes + Dave Lee vibes with a nice cocktail in the sun looking over the city = Proper vibes!! 🌇🍹
