Back to real life after spending the weekend with 210 painters from 22 countries at Amsterdam Letterheads!

I painted a panel inspired by the beautiful squinty houses along the canals and included the booze cruise boat from the first day bid on by Adam Makowiecki 🚤 Hana and I were chuffed to take home pieces by Peter Liedberg piece and Tim Sake !
Massive thanks to Amsterdam Signpainters for hosting such a brilliant event - I’m continually in awe of how friendly and supportive the community is and come home feeling so inspired! Letterheads forever!!!

Hope everyone has a great time at this weekend! I had such good fun creating this year’s festival poster.
I used their primary colour palette and designed something reminiscent of classic sign painter shocards, borrowing the smile on the teacup from an old Glasgow Smiles Better poster ☕️
