π To be herβ¦ I had to be her first π
We donβt all start out great. We all start with little knowledge, little confidence, and a whole lot to learn.
The difference between the woman I was a couple years ago and the woman I am today both in my work and in my confidence is huge. I was a shell of myself Sometimes I look back and feel like a completely different person Iβm so grateful for the growth .
None of this happened overnight.
I invested in myself, attended masterclasses, practised constantly, stepped outside my comfort zone, worked on my mindset, and made a lot of changes. When I first moved from being a personal trainer to becoming an SPMU artist, I was scared. I used to be nervous even touching a clientβs face but I knew after my course itβs all I wanted to do! Now I teach others how to do it tooπ
Looking back, Iβm so grateful I didnβt let fear stop me.
This is only the beginning. π©·
I tell all of my students the same thing confidence isnβt something you wake up with one day. It comes from repetition, practice, education, and showing up even when you doubt yourself.
Attend courses. Invest in masterclasses. Learn from different artists. Take tips from everyone. Over time youβll develop your own style, your own techniques, and most importantly, confidence in your own abilities.
Keep going. One day youβll look back and realise youβve become the person you once admired. π©·β¨
