Resonate Total Gaming

We are disappointed to share that Resonate Total Gaming will not be returning to Glasgow. We had four brilliant years, but though we didn’t know it at the time, the 2019 event was our last.

Though the restrictions introduced to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic are being lifted, unfortunately the pandemic has had a lasting impact on the industry and the event. This, combined with other external factors, means it is no longer possible for us to run the event.

Thank you to all the visitors, exhibitors, content creators, sponsors and partners who made the event possible and helped us all to create wonderful memories over our four years at the SEC.

All ticket holders who had rolled their tickets over from 2020 to 2022 will receive a full refund in the next 14 days.

We hope to be back someday.

We are disappointed to announce that Resonate 2021 will unfortunately not be going ahead.

We have been monitoring the ongoing pandemic closely, and we are heartened by the recent success of the vaccine rollout. However, due to the ongoing use of the SEC as NHS Louisa Jordan, as well as the impact COVID has had on businesses in the industry, we have decided to postpone the event to ensure we create the best experience for everyone involved.

If you have tickets for the 2021 event, we will transfer them to the 2022 event. However, if that does not suit you and you require a refund, please email us on [email protected] with your booking reference number.

In the meantime, stay safe and stay healthy.

Game Academy is a new talent tech venture for gamers, helping you discover how your problem-solving, communication and agility skills can become valuable to life beyond the console.

Translate your in-game achievements into real world skills, learn new skills for work using the games you know and love, then find work and educational opportunities through your gaming skills.

Sound interesting? Game Academy would like to talk to gamers who are:

• 24-40 years old (or a few years either side)
• Without a qualification at degree level
• Currently working, furloughed or recently unemployed
• Play at least 10hrs+ a week of the following types of games – Civilization, Zelda, Fortnite, Minecraft, Hearthstone, Rocket League, Witcher, Football Manager, Skyrim, Stardew Valley, Fallout, World of Warcraft, CoD
• Play mainly on PC
