Over the past few weekends I have been asked about Dunfermline tops. I had a design that sold out at an event in Dunfermline and haven't made more.

As im heading to Kirkcaldy Comic Con on Saturday I figured it was time to make another batch., and its a new season it was an excuse to update the strip!!!

I will only have torsos, not the full strip, and they will be part of my build a minifig selection, along with matching scarves.

A huge thanks to everyone who visited and purchased from me over the weekend, it was a bit mental at times which means i have a busy week ahead restocking for East Kilbride.

My build a fig was very busy, not just with kids! It was great to see lots of adults having fun making figures. I intend to expand the selection of more adult themed torsos which should be fun. I will also have more space this weekend which should reduce wait times.

Sometimes things dont go quite as planned and this is one of them! The trooper fig I showed a few days ago had the blue painted backpack that wasn't quite dry. On conducting a wear test the next day it (as I suspected) didnt pass. Even printing it blue had the same outcome, the different plastic (polyprop) has poor adhesion compared to ABS used in bricks/figs etc.
As a result he will now come with a white backpack, not ideal but sometimes in design there is no way around the problem, and im not using off brand clone parts. Im still very happy with him though!

I wonder where we were on Friday!

As much as I would love to have these in my build a minifig torso selection, parents might not be too happy. I think i might need a 'mature' tray that gets shown on request.
