🔥FREED UP HAS TALENT!🔥

We’re buzzing to uncover some of the incredible talent hiding in recovery communities across Scotland! 💯🎤🎸

Got a gifted musician in your recovery community?
Work with someone who deserves a bigger stage?
Know a singer, rapper, musician or performer who could absolutely smash it live? đź‘€

We want to hear about them!

Following the huge success of last years People Make Recovery, delivered alongside Glasgow City Alcohol and Drug Partnership and more than 30 partner organisations, we’re heading back to Glasgow Green on 5th September - and this year we want to use the stage to showcase some of the amazing talent coming out of recovery communities from across the country.

🎶 We have a live performance spot up for grabs 🎶

This is about more than getting on a stage. It’s about being seen, being heard and showing what’s possible when people are given opportunities to discover their talent, creativity and potential.

So…who’s hiding in your community that we need to know about?👀🔥

Tag them. Nominate them. Send them our way!

Jean Allen for Edinburgh Music Review writes: "As the enthusiastic audience in the well-filled pews attested, this is a great early music weekend. It’s definitely a local festival, but it’s not just for local people. All are welcome here." Her review of The Curious Collection:

Donal Hurley writes for the Edinburgh Music Review: "Simultaneously transporting a modern audience back to ancient times and ancient music forward to modern relevance and appreciation is quite a feat, expertly and engagingly realised."
