The finished peony, tattooed on the inspirational Lauren!!
I might be a little biased, as Lauren is my sister-in-law, but honestly she is an incredible woman and I feel so honoured to have been the first person to tattoo her. I did warn her, they are addictive and she’ll want more. So when she messaged saying she wanted a peony tattoo, I was absolutely delighted. It was my largest tattoo at the time ( I have since done some more ) and I was nervous about time. If you have been tattooed by me, you’ll know I love to a wee gab, but that’s tenfold when Lauren’s in the hot seat. So we did this design over two appointment. The first appointment we got all the main line work and some shading in. And in the second appointment we did the all the details and darkened any shading to give it a bit of drama. These wee details brought it together beautifully, and I am extremely proud of this one!
