We haven’t quite come down after another epic GGP extravaganza. 🥲 Who else wishes we could start all over again on Friday??
We can’t fail to thank all those who made it possible for year five - the wonderful staff at the GUU who welcome us back every year, Michael, Stevie and their superb sound and stage team, our radical volunteers who spread the good time vibes while manning the door and the merch - Louise, Suzy, Naomi, Jordi, Holly, Till and Joan (we missed Fifa at the merch table this year!) - our snazzy MC Monster Trux who keeps us informed and entertained, our killer DJs Robert and Andrew and guest DJ John Cavanagh who kept us dancing or pricked up our ears with a long lost tune, our external vendors who bring their extra special touches to the merch tables, Stephen Pastel and Debsey Wykes for storytelling, and of course, all of the extraordinary musicians who bring their versions of jangle and joy each and every year - Radhika, Exploding Flowers, The Hanging Stars, The Orchids, The Clientele, Comber, Hurry, Linda Smith, Railcard, The Gentle Spring, Feel, and The Bats. But none of us would be here without you - the best audience ever!
