This was my first competition in a long while, and somewhat proof of trying to pull back to being fighting fit!

Securing my position in the top 5, with my Commonwealth Themed cocktail 'The Succulent Sipper', based on Team Wales, their passion, community and of course their spirit.

Utilising Samphire, Organic Welsh seaweed gin and the of course the hosting premium fizz House of Schweppes Europe

Once again I find an opportunity to play and experiment with Jaฬˆgermeister Manifest โœจ

It started with an idea I had with a spiced plum jam idea I had... But wanted a depthier profile, so I burned the honey to bring the desired notes and bitterness I was looking for.... She was spicy! But a flavoursome heat. I paired this preserve with to create a funky little liqueur. With pops of citrus, plum, honey comb chilli.

Please enjoy with your eyes and maybe one day you'll taste it โœจ

This was stunning and inevitable conclusion to my recent Cold Brew Tiramisu.

Using fresh espresso, Jรคger Cold Brew, Planteray and some of my tiramisu mix and topped with premium cacao... This was a naughty adventure from the classic Espresso Martini. โ˜•
