Cranside Kitchen & Rotunda Comedy Club have partnered with our neighbouring hotels to create a new Glasgow Comedy Festival hub that features 7 different venues from 40 - 300 capacity, Glasgow's largest 2 beer gardens, a roof top bar, 8 seperate restaurants inc dinner and show packages at Cranside Kitchen … and much more…
All within 80metres of our front door… all within eyesight of our beer garden.
We want you to get involved.
Newbies, developing acts, headliners, traditional comics, improv, burlesque whatever…
Bring your imagination, your passion and your talent to Rotunda & Cranside.
Traditionally Glasgow's festival has had no focal venue precinct.
Traditionally Glasgow's comics have been given a solitary date here and there with no ability to do a run of shows in the one room... No ability to develop their act over the duration of a festival.
We will be running shows 5 nights a week, including a proper late night Festival Club Thurs - Sat.
We will be running our highly successful Comedy Cabaret & dinner shows, our Comedy Pub Crawls, we will be hosting solo shows and themed events… and on the final day we will be hosting the 2022 Scottish Comedy Awards ceremony.
We will be offering 4 - 5 night runs for shows of all levels.
