I have compiled a list of FAQs these hopefully mean you can find what you’re looking for faster than sending a message 🙂

Please bare in mind we are a small business and I am currently the owner, manager, social media person, email and message responder, HR department, kiln tech, decision maker, IT support, joiner, electrician, painter, cleaner... and the list goes on... for both the Low Fell and North Shields studios. It may take a little longer for me to respond, please bear with me, but it will save us both time if you have a quick read of these before dropping us a message. 🧡
