Fun Fun Fun!! Drama Saturday group is starting up again on the 13th January at the Merlin Theatre Frome from 10 am until 12 noon. Suitable for ages 8-12 years old. SPACES available £110 per term for 11 weeks.
Lots to do, explore and create from classic stage craft to stage combat, physical theatre, puppetry, mask and mime, film acting, improvisation and much more. The Merlin Theatre has a class to suit all ages, please check out all sessions on their website.

On 14th November my life partner Shane Fry collapsed and lost consciousness. He had a significant brain stem pontine haemorrhage and fell into a coma. He is starting to show intermittent signs of consciousness but it is uncertain how much mobility or function he will regain in the long term. However, Shane is an extraordinary man, determined, gifted and brilliant at everything he puts his mind to. Currently he is opening his eyes intermittently, able to blink as a form of communication, he’s starting to move and nod his head and can move fingers on command so we hope that these small wins will grow into big ones. Currently, Shane is at Bristol Southmead Hospital in the ICU but once he has his tracheostomy tube in place he will be off the ventilator and a lot more comfortable and will be moved to the neurophysiological ward where rehabilitation specialists will take good care of him. Eventually the long term plan will be to move Shane to Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. I visit Shane everyday and the children and his lovely sister visit most of the week. We have been giving him a programme of massage, movement exercises, readings, music live and recorded to keep Shane stimulated and entertained. This is a life changing event that we are adapting to and staying together and strong to give Shane, a wonderful and hugely loved man the best chance of recovery.

With some of the money from my last acting job, I have bought a second hand Canon C300 mark ii for future films that I will be making, watch this space. Excited!

My gosh it's been a busy week for my actors agency: no less than six auditions! Some commercials, a TV mini series, a Netflix series and theatre tour. Fingers crossed the engagements follow.
