x Fundraising Wellness Day take 2.
Another brilliant sold out event ❤️
Thanks to everyone who signed up, turned up and supported..
Team were (as always) amazing -
took us through the most fun 45min spin session - the tunes and energy literally took the roof off - what a way to start the day 🙌🤯❤️
Followed by a beautiful stretch and breath work session with the incredible - the perfect calm to the chaos.
Finishing off with a relaxing hour spent in state of the art infrared sauna, sauna and ice baths ..
The perfect day 🙌
All money raised goes direct to - helping displaced people in Calais.
