Good morning from Castle Park Live!
Final preparations are underway for what promises to be a great day of live music!
To help everyone have the best possible experience, we’ve put together some essential information and event guidelines you need to know before the big day.
🎶 Event Details
🕦 Gates open: 11:30 AM (bar 12noon)
🎤 Last act finishes: Around 10PM
🚪 Entry Point:
All attendees must enter the event on foot via Fountain Lane, Castle Park, WA6 7EE.
This is the only public entrance to the event, there is no drop off inside the park and nobody should arrange drop off at the Chester Road entrance, this will result in a walk to the other end of the park where the ticket entrance is.
The "WHAT3 WORDS" location for the entrance is ///drank.doll.weds
Note: no cars are allowed in the park.
📍 Drop-Off Location:
If you're being dropped off, the best location is WA6 7AH, just a 5-minute walk from the entrance.
⚠️ Please note: No vehicles will be allowed to access the park on the day of the event for drop off or otherwise.
🛡️ Security & Safety
🎒 Bag checks will be in place for everyone’s safety.
✅ You’re welcome to bring:
🪑 Picnic chairs
🧺 Small blankets (max 120cm x 100cm)
☂️Rain umbrellas
🚫 Please do not bring:
🏕️ Gazebos, tents, parasols, or large blankets
🐶 Dogs or other animals
🔪 Glass items, sharp objects, or BBQs
🌳 Help us keep the park beautiful—please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided.
🍺Alcohol Policy
🚫 Alcohol cannot be brought into the event. Bag checks will be in place so to speed up entry, please respect this rule. This includes alcohol free alternatives.
📜 This is a condition of our license, which requires us to control alcohol level consumption and underage drinking.
🙏 We ask all guests to respect this rule and keep the event fair for everyone, anybody seen with their own alcohol risks ejection.
🪪 We operate a Challenge 25 policy, if you are blessed with youthful looks please be prepared to be asked to show proof of age.
🍺 We have multiple bars on site to cater for everyone.
🍽️ Food & Drink
🧺 Picnics are welcome!
🥤 Soft drinks and water are allowed but must be in sealed bottles or cans.
🍔 We’ll have a fantastic variety of food vendors and bars onsite—affordable, delicious, and accepting both cash and card.
👨👩👧👦 Under 18s Policy
🧒 Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket.
🛂 Security will be checking IDs at the gate.
🔁 Under 18s cannot leave the event unless with a parent or guardian.
🎟️ Please keep your wristband on at all times for re-entry.

🚫 There is no public parking inside Castle Park—this is for event production only.
