Here are the next terms (happy new year🎉) dates and fees

We start back on the Thursday 8th January (2026) to the 5th February
5 week block

⭐️Please note:- due to health & safety there are limited numbers in the Pilates on the ball class, please message Rich first to secure your booking (first come first served) 07834 621392 before term payment is made⭐️


Energy/balance Pilates (limited numbers) 6pm-: £47.50 (ref Th60 plus your initial and surname )

Gravity yoga 7pm -: £42.50 (ref Th70 plus your initial and surname)

Wanting to do both for £80 (ref Th67 plus your initial and surname)
