An excellent day at Folkestone Armed Forces Day organised by Folkestone Town Council and Folkestone Festival. The team were out and about talking to traders and visitors alike. It was good to chat to the excellent licensing and environmental teams at Folkestone & Hythe District Council. Folkestone Freemasons, RNLI, Coastwatch, Smiths Amusements and Leas Cliff Hall Folkestone. Shout out to Radio Folkestone too who supported and broadcast from the event.

Turn Up The Sunshine... ☀️

Our Festival Director Josh has been actively engaging with local businesses in sunny Folkestone today, discussing their seasonal trade and hearing all about the positive impact that the past events have had on the local economy.

One small business, Kawaii Cookies & Cakes, has been operating at the Goods Yard for three years now alongside many others. They have a presence on The Leas during festivities, offering a variety of delicious treats! 🧁🍰

The team at The Harbour Inn are also looking forward to the festival's upcoming return and serving lots of cold ones to thirsty customers. 🍻
