Busy busy this weekend!! Friday, The Embrooks head to the Water Rats, Kings Cross for the Alice In Wonderland Psychedelic Summer Shindig alongside our good friends The Jack Cades and The Crystal Teardrop. Saturday, we're on home turf at 20th Century Speedway with garage legends, The Sires, plus support from newcomers, Green Reaper. Staying in Folkestone, Sunday afternoon there's the 4th edition of Ian Button's DIY Label Market & Record Fair at the Bowls Club, with no less than THREE live performances (State Records will also be on hand with a bunch of killer vinyl and CDs for sale). Then Sunday evening, The Pink Rubies bring their eclectic blend of blues, folk and a little jazz to The Lighthouse in Deal! Gonna be feeling the pinch Monday morning, I reckon...

Yes indeed folks, the brand new KILLER 45 from The Embrooks (recorded RIGHT HERE at NDS, natch) is officially landed in the UK. Released 15th November by our good friends at Rogue Records, it's a classic double-decker, with a 12-string soaked original on the topside, and a glorious rendition of the Yardbirds' "Heart Full Of Soul" on the flip. You can grab copies from the band's Bandcamp page, or hit up State Records, or check on eBay, Discogs etc. Go get 'em!
