Starting a little introduction to trade stands that will be selling their wares at this year’s Farnborough ModelFest at the Hart Leisure Centre on the 19th September. We’ll start with a small and fairly new name to the list of traders who specialise in resin figures and accessories for dioramas and vignettes and they are SPG Models. Here’s a little sample of some figures I purchased from them at the Avon show in 1 /35 scale. They were new items at the show and feature amongst others these 1940’s figures and the quality is excellent. Starting at £4 upwards, depending on how many figures in the pack, they are a bargain. My favourites were the two lads playing footie and the little lad with his sail boat. No website for them at the moment but apparently one may soon be on the agenda.
